DUBBII COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

dubbii’s Community Guidelines ensure everyone can stay on track with productivity while finding community amongst like-minded people.

 

These Guidelines explain what isn’t allowed on dubbii so that we can help maintain and nurture a positive, safe, and supportive environment for everyone. All users must follow these rules, and they apply to all forums, chats, live sessions, and community spaces associated with dubbii.

 

Our team reviews reports and/or concerns raised by users and moderators. When we proactively or reactively discover a violation of these Guidelines, we may take enforcement action based on the severity of the violation. This may include issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access to dubbii, permanently removing users from the platform, and, where necessary, reporting behaviour to law enforcement. dubbii reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion. Enforcement decisions may not always be subject to appeal.

 

We may also consider relevant off-platform behaviour when assessing violations of these Community Guidelines.

RESPECT EACH OTHER

  • Be kind to yourself, other users, and hosts. Avoid discussing sensitive or potentially triggering subjects.

  • Do not promote, coordinate, or engage in harassment. This includes sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, and repeated unsolicited contact.

  • Do not threaten to harm another individual or group. This includes direct, indirect, or suggestive threats.

  • Do not share your own personal details, or share or threaten to share the personally identifiable information of another user.

  • Do not use hate speech or engage in hateful conduct. This includes hate symbols, hateful imagery, and claims that deny the history of mass human atrocities.

  • Do not create, share, or distribute content that depicts or suggests nudity, sexual acts, or sexualised behaviour.

  • Do not share content that glorifies, promotes, or normalises suicide or other acts of physical self-harm.

  • Do not share material depicting violence or gore, particularly where the intention is to shock, harass, or disturb others.

 

SAFETY & WELLBEING

  • dubbii is not a crisis support service, therapy platform, or emergency resource. If you are in immediate danger or distress, please seek professional or emergency support.

  • Do not use dubbii spaces for crisis disclosures, graphic descriptions of trauma, or emotional dumping that may overwhelm or distress other users or hosts.

  • dubbii hosts are not therapists, clinicians, or emergency responders. Please respect the scope of support they are able to offer.

 

ADVICE & MISINFORMATION

  • Do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice to other users.

  • Personal experiences may be shared, but they must not be presented as professional guidance or instruction.

  • Do not share false or misleading information, whether related to dubbii or otherwise.

 

RESPECT DUBBII & THE COMMUNITY

  • If you are under the age of 18, you may not attend dubbii live sessions or participate in community spaces unless an adult is present.

  • Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, promotional content, or spam to other users.

  • Do not share external links in dubbii chats, live sessions, or community spaces unless explicitly permitted by dubbii.

  • Do not engage with dubbii in an inauthentic or manipulative way. dubbii exists to support productivity and wellbeing.

  • Do not misrepresent your identity in a deceptive or harmful way. This includes impersonating another individual, group, or organisation.20. Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive reports to dubbii’s support team.

 

HOST & USER BOUNDARIES

  • Respect the privacy, authority, and boundaries of dubbii hosts at all times.

  • Do not pursue romantic, sexual, or inappropriate personal relationships with dubbii hosts.

  • Do not attempt to manipulate, pressure, guilt, or emotionally burden hosts or other users.

  • Respect stated boundaries from hosts and users without challenge or escalation.

 

PRIVACY & CONTENT USE

  • Do not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture dubbii sessions, chats, or content without explicit permission.

  • Do not redistribute, quote, or share another user’s words, stories, or identity outside of dubbii.

  • Respect confidentiality and the expectation of privacy within all dubbii spaces.
